PCT national phase entry, simplified

Find vetted professionals for India, USA, and more. Compare proposals, timelines, and indicative pricing at a glance. Engage the right partner with confidence.

What iproxima is

IPRoxima is a marketplace for cross-border IP filings. We don’t provide legal services; we connect you with partner firms who do. Start with PCT national phase entry in priority countries now; add more jurisdictions—and later, designs and trademarks—as you grow.

How it works

  • Share your PCT details (application no., publication, claims/drawings, entity type, deadlines).

  • Get proposals from partner firms—see scope, timelines, and indicative price tiers ($/$$/$$$).

  • Compare & choose using badges (Verified, Avg. Response Time, Years of Experience, Languages, Industry focus).

  • Engage & proceed—your selected partner files and prosecutes; you receive updates directly from them.

Why choose the iproxima platform

  • Vetted partner network – Shortlisted firms with relevant national-phase experience.

  • Transparent comparison – Scope, timelines, and price tiers presented uniformly.

  • One intake, many options – Reuse your core data to approach multiple partners.

  • Entity-aware – Partners account for applicant type (individual/startup/MSME/large entity) in their quotes.

  • Built to scale – Start with India/USA; add more countries and later services (designs, trademarks).

  • Confidentiality-minded – Controlled data sharing with shortlisted partners you select.
